Salmon Salad Third Recipe

Leftover Salmon filets broken into pieces
1 medium sized head of bok choy washed and chopped
1 scallion sliced ¼ inch pieces
1 red pepper cut in strips
Leaves from 4 sprigs of cilantro
3 tablespoon oyster sauce
½ tablespoon chopped ginger
3 tablespoon oil
1. Put oyster sauce in a bowl with ginger then whisk in the oil slowly
to make a dressing.
2. Put the rest of the ingredients in the bowl and toss lightly then serve.
