Japanese food is really very simple and easy to prepare, as long as you get the proper ingredients and equipment. There are many easy Japanese recipes everywhere and have tried to do with more success on your own Japanese dishes at home.

Japanese Food Recipes - Maki Sushi

For many, a Japanese sushi recipe is easy to follow. It is actually a very simple process. You must first prepare the sushi rice. You will need three cups of Japanese rice, three and one-fourth cups of water, one-third cup rice vinegar, three tablespoons of sugar, and a teaspoon of salt. Cook rice and let it steam. Combine rice vinegar, sugar and salt in a saucepan. Heat until the sugar is dissolved, and wait until the mixture cools. Rice in a wooden bowl, and pour the vinegar. Use a spatula to stir the rice.
